Shaman Wanda (Shawn + Amanda) House Concert

Shawn Magee and Amanda Witman sing old ballads, modern covers, and originals, combining a knack for harmony with a love of songs that make you feel.

Shawn is a founding member of the rollicking West Coast sea-music band, The Barbary Ghosts, and spent many years nurturing other people’s musical endeavors at his San Francisco bar, Amnesia.

Amanda founded and co-leads the Brattleboro Pub Sing with English folk singer Tony Barrand, to whom she is a Vermont Folklife Center apprentice. She also sings with local a cappella quartet Big Woods Voices and sometimes plays the English concertina.

Join us as Shawn and Amanda share their musical interpretations and creative collaboration in their first concert together.
