Home cheese making 101

This hands-on cheese making class using our own raw cow milk is designed to be useful for adventurous home cooks, & folks that want to buy directly from farmers! You'll make butter, ricotta, & mozzarella, and crème fraîche or yogurt if time permits.

MEAT COOKERY
Saturday, March 9th
10AM – 1:30PM

Join us in the farm kitchen for an afternoon of learning about how to properly cook meat! From rabbit to pork chops, sausages to filet mignon, we’ll start at the cellular level to help you understand the whys and hows of animal proteins.
